Ready-made boilies are always a compromise. You take what's on the shelf – and hope it fits. At Wunsch-Köder, you turn the tables: You determine the taste, color, and size, and we roll fresh according to your specifications.
Steamed instead of boiled
The strongest attractants in boilies are water-soluble – betaine and free amino acids work precisely for this reason. When boiled, they are washed out of the outer skin and end up in the pot instead of in the water.
We steam. The boilie never comes into contact with liquid water, yet the skin tightens up – but everything inside stays inside. It is only released at the spot.
Which size fits?

12 mm – Method Feeder, PVA-Bags, cautious fish, a lot of whitefish bycatch

16 mm – the all-rounder. If you're unsure: take this one.

20 mm – specifically for large fish, better keeps bream and crabs away

30 mm – Selective bait for waters with strong bycatch pressure
Which color?
Cloudy water or twilight: light colors (white, yellow) stand out. Clear water and cautious fish: dark colors (black, green) appear more natural. Red, from experience, works almost everywhere.
Freshly rolled, not stored
We only produce once your order is received. This takes a few more days – but the bait still smells as it should when you unpack it.
Storage: cool, dry, and airy. Do not pack airtight – or freeze immediately.
